Abstract
The human resources are essential for any organization that would like to be dynamic and growth oriented. Among all resources, human resources have rather unlimited potential capabilities and the potential can be made effective through favourable atmosphere that can continuously identify, bring to surface, nature and use the capabilities of human. To achieve the goal in providing sustainable business solutions in the field of energy, industry and infrastructure for a global engineering enterprise providing solutions for a better tomorrow the BHEL organize effective training programs. In this research the executives, supervisors, Trainees Engineers and workers will be sample to draw conclusion about the total training and development of the employee. It is concluded that performance appraisal system is mostly true process, which provides an opportunity for discussing the expectations, achievements, failures, constraints, improvement required with the superiors for the benefit of all the employees of BHEL.
