  Health Information Science and its growing popularities in Indian self financed universities: Emphasizing Private Universities—A Study

  Abstract
  Health is a major concern of today’s age. The development of information technology and computing changes the entire arena of life and the gradual development became responsible for the emergence of Digital Society. Information Technology is about the collection, selection, organization, processing, management and dissemination of information and similar contents viz. data and knowledge. For this task and affairs, several information technological tools have been used and it is increasing rapidly. Today it is very difficult to find out an area where utilization of information technology is absence. Hence healthcare is not an exception. Digital Health becomes an important concept these days for the creation of digital health and medical contents. Similar to other areas like Digital Business, Digital Marketing, Digital Education, Digital Health become a concept and key strategy for the development and modernization of healthcare affairs powered by Information Science and Technology. The integration and combination of information technology and computing create a separate domain and branch called ‘Health Information Science’. However, it is important to note that it is also known as Health Informatics nomenclature in the line of UK based academic units. Initially, the branch was mainly popular in the western countries and developed countries but gradually it is rising as a branch of study in a country like India. Private universities in India are rapidly increasing and the growth, initiative of private initiative is noticeable. This paper is conceptual in nature and deals with aspects of Health Informatics including its growing trends as a program of study in private universities in India.

  Abstract
  The present investigation was aimed to evaluate the effect of growth regulators on induction of callus from leaf segments of Cissampelos pareira. The surface sterilized young leaves were inoculated on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium fortified with different concentration and combination of growth regulators for induction of callus. The phytochemical constituents were analyzed in the different solvent extracts using standard methods. Maximum callus induction was observed on MS medium supplemented with 2 mg/L of NAA or 2, 4-D alone and in combinations of NAA (2 mg/L) + BAP (1 mg/L) and NAA (2 mg/L) + KIN (0.5 mg/L). The preliminary phytochemical screening of leaf and leaf derived callus revealed the presence of flavonoids, alkaloids, phenols, terpenoids, coumarins etc. The developed protocol is useful for large scale production of callus from leaf explants which may be useful for isolation of important bioactive compounds for the treatment of various diseases.

  Abstract
  In the present study carried out at the Govt. (Model, Autonomous) Holkar Science Campus, total 51 species of birds belonging to 14 Orders and 33 Families were recorded. Out of these 51 species, 41 species were found to be resident and 10 species were winter visitors. Only one species i.e. Alexandrine parakeet was found to be in the Near Threatened Category (NT) of IUCN. Interestingly, 13 new species of birds which were previously unrecorded at the college campus were recorded, which suggests the variation in the number of species and their abundance within the past years. Total 17 species of birds were recorded breeding inside the college campus. Their nesting preference and the use of anthropogenic material for building the nest was also studied. The results of Relative Diversity (RD) Index shows that the Family Muscicapidae (RD Value = 13.7) was dominant in the college campus. Seasonal variation was observed in few resident bird species suggesting their local movement. Further, the importance of large trees with dense foliage has been described and the negative impact of stray dogs on the life of birds is also discussed.

  Abstract
  There are several significant assays including bioavailability, Toxicity, high clearance, and further current therapies require higher and frequent dosing to gain desired therapeutic effects for Rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Nanoparticles have been widely investigated for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Though, higher doses of Nanocarriers also increase the incidence of dreadful adverse effects. Wherever, nanocarrier properties are most populated by the use of different approaches like targeting ligands, to change the physicochemical properties including higher encapsulation, better penetrating ability in cells etc. The main advantage of the nanocarrier that they provide longer circulation which enhances drug localization at the inflamed site and selective targeting to enhance the therapeutic index of anti-arthritic drugs. However, the optimal properties of nanocarrier also depend on the route of administration and size of particles, thus larger size show more retention upon local injection and smaller sized ones are more optimal for passive targeting. The present article discusses the emergence of nano-carriers for anti-rheumatic drugs, which delivers drug molecule to the inflamed site by topical, intra-articular (i.a) and intra-venous (i.v) administration to take advantage of therapeutic efficacy by passive and active drug delivery. Advancements have been made extensively but still better investigations are needed to achieve the risk-benefit ratio for the development of safe, stable and effective targeting nanocarriers for the e treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
