Abstract :
A simple, scalable, and low-cost electrochemically activated SPCE was prepared by LSV using 0.5M KOH. The surface of the activated-SPCE was assessed by CV and SEM and gives higher conductivity than the bare and was used for niclosamide determination. The electrochemical determination of niclosamide was analyzed in 30% DMF BRB solution pH 7.5 by SWV. Using the optimal SWV parameter linear curve in the range of 0.06 to 50 µM with 0.0051 µM limit of detection and 0.017 µM limit of quantification was obtained. The developed sensor was implemented for niclosamide determination in vegetable and urine samples and good recovery results are obtained.
