Abstract :
Wireless sensor networks have become an integral part of the modern smart living. There are a variety of applications of WSNs be it military, industry or civilian. With a multitude of gen – next applications of WSNs comes the responsibility of securing them. Owing to this fact many security protocols have been put forward in the past. In this paper, we discuss various civilian applications of WSNs and also review evolution of key distribution schemes.
