This paper recognizes the elements influencing the reception of M- business. The gigantic development in the utilization of mobile phones in India demonstrates that majority of Indian populace has adjusted to cell phone and headway in portable innovation. It is seen that larger part of the general population utilizing E-trade dither to utilize M-Commerce in light of security issues, installment issues and mindfulness. This paper has thrown some light on various M-commerce applications, challenges, future of M-commerce & reasons to find the popularity in the market.
