Abstract :
The study is about the perception of employees of different generation towards the change happening in the organization, in this paper detail description has been given to justify the current situation in the organization. It basically focuses on how employee perception from different generation differ from each other in case of working environment, training facilities, company infrastructure towards the organizational change. All the data collected for this study are through questionnaire. The study may be helpful for the different organization to address different generation while giving them any role in any projects. Basically the study has been done by keeping in mind as the Gen Z has entered the industry
