Abstract :
Today’s innovation and development in science and technology becomes out of fashion tomorrow. In the recent times, the modern world carries out every transaction with the help of banks and their technologies thereon. When banks and technology meet together, there are various advantages but whereas, it is not easy to adopt it by the employees as they may be not aware of the usage of such technologies which may lead to undergoing of various training programs in order to adopt t the changing environment. This study is being proposed in order to know the problems faced by the employees in order to find a solution.
