Abstract :
The research based on achieving the required objective. The material such as M-Sand and Steel Fiber leads to major variation in strength parameters of concrete. The objective is to achieve required charactertics such as strength, durability and workability in an economical manner. Due to the scarcity to natural sand in the manufacturing of concrete the alternate material is used such as Manufactured Sand which leads to economical and increase in strength parameters. The addition of different types of steel fibers such as crimpled steel fibers leads to increase in strength of concrete. In this research paper M-Sand is replaced by Natural Sand completely along with different proportion of crimpled steel fibers i.e. 0.00%, 0.50%, 1.00%, 1.50%, & 2.00% as different mix with nominal coarse aggregate and OPC 43 grade of cement. The concrete prepared will be of M25 grade concrete by adopting IS code method. With varying percentage of steel fibre in addition to M-Sand the proportion have varying strength. The test on compressive and flexural strength for 07 & 28 days curing. So the percentage addition of crimped steel fibre will be 1.5%, with replacement of fine aggregate by 100% M-Sand showed good strength parameters by analysing the overall results.
