Abstract :
In view of the growing importance of Total Quality Management (TQM), there is a need to measure the degree of synergic effect within the industry for analysing strategic performance. Such measurement can segregate performance structures using some electromagnetic field theories in organizational behavioural situations. To meet this framework, the present study proposes prerequisites to measure the degree of performance or work done by an individual employee. Additionally, a measure based on the concept of pandemonium has been proposed using the industrial relation vector. It examines the acceptability of the proposed measurement in meeting these prerequisites. The study has also been carried out, covering four items, to demonstrate the materiality of the proposed procedure for work done measurement from a performance perspective.

Key-Words / Index Term :
Performance Measurement, Electromagnetic Field Theory, Industrial Relation Vector, Measurement Framework, Strategic Analysis, Total Quality Management (TQM).
