Abstract :
Growth of an organization depends on effective and efficient employees. The quality of performance and output is of utmost importance for an employer. To achieve this aim, every organization needs well-trained and experienced people to perform the activities. Management has to develop Human Resources Development in the company. In a rapidly changing society, employee training is not only an activity that an organization must arrange if it is to maintain a viable and knowledgeable workforce. Training is thus a practical and vital necessity. The present study is an attempt to find out the quality of training being provided to employees of Cadbury Limited and also the study aims to find whether training and development program run by the company is effective or not. The overall result indicates that most of the employees of CADBURY INDIA LIMITED hold a positive view about the effectiveness of the training program in the Organization.
