  Abstract
  In the fashionable notion of Hash-tagger can tag the social media news. The advance mechanism of hash tagger is one kind of metadata tagging community. The social media`s one of the micro-blogging of the site – Twitter. The twitter is designed and organized news, stories, group debates and more information’s are via tweets. These functionaries have easily connected the twitter crowds and scattered news from that user in media. If the hash-tagger++ can be applied in twitter subsequent to achieve the effectiveness in hash-tag recommendation and the classification. In this amicable part have easily espoused other hash-taggers namely, Multi-Class Hash-tag Classifier _ Support Vector Machine (MCHC_SVM) algorithm and semantic tagger. In this tagging scenario expeditiously classifies the tweets pedestal on its hash-tag. The tagger of semantic means it can detect the similar tweets and recommending the tags also. The proposed system is to can be utilized and abridged the High D of the feature space. The focal goal of this proposed system is easily ordering the twitter crowds, to improving the hash-tag recommendation and achieve high scalability with efficient performance, obviously.

  Abstract
  In the modern world online jobs became the major component of recruitment industry. Candidate Job recommendation system is using to shortlist the candidate based on their resume and skills in which system are matching the students skill with the company requirement and suggesting companies name by analysing their Resume by using Naïve Bayes, where the selected student will get offer message and rejected student will get the feedback with resources to improve their skills. Company can also view the rank of selected student and download their Curriculum Vitae. Basically there are three phases Student, Admin, Company portal. Main aim of candidate job recommendation system is to analysing the CV and give job suggestion to the student and the resources and feedback to the rejected student. For this we are using data mining algorithm like Naïve Bayes.

  Abstract
  The present paper examine the scheduling reservations of energy-efficient of virtual machine (VM) in a Cloud Data center. Focusing on CPU-intensive applications, the target of this paper is to schedule all reservations non-preemptively, subjecting to constraints to capacities of physical machine (PM) and running time interval spans, in order to minimize the consumption of the total energy of all physical machines. This problem is an NP-complete. The best solution for this problem is a 5-approximation algorithm by using First-Fit-Decreasing algorithm and 3-approximation algorithm for in case of offline parallel machine scheduling with unit demand. Combining the characteristics of workload and optimality in interval spans, a method to find the optimal solution with the minimum number of job migrations is proposed, and a 2-approximation algorithm called Longest Loaded Interval First algorithm (LLIF) for general cases. At the end, how the algorithms are applied to minimize the total energy consumption in a Cloud Data center will be shown.

  Abstract
  The field of requirements engineering is one of the most critical disciplines in the solution development lifecycle and has a documented impact on the success of projects. A software developer facing the problem maintaining of status of requirements, a software tool is proposed for the same issue. Hence, we are focusing on the requirements engineering techniques in order to present the most practical way to facilitate requirements engineering processes. The proposed tool maintains the status of all requirements of the software like feasibility, unambiguousness, validity, approval, implementation, testing and completeness etc.

  Abstract
  Better decision making requires better analysis of the situation at hand. A program which can analyze the current situation better, can take better decisions, thus, increasing the likelihood of winning more games. Specialized game players are very narrow. They might outperform humans in a particular game and know nothing about any other game. They do only part of the work. Most of the definition, analysis and design is done in backend, within the systems by their programmers. Generic Game Bot are systems which are able to accept descriptions of any game at runtime and can use such definitions to play that game effectively, without any human intervention or supervision, i.e., they do not know the rules of the games beforehand. Generic Bot as such should be capable of playing simple games (like Snake) and complex games (like Chess), games in static or dynamic environments, games with complete and partial information, games with different numbers of players, with simultaneous or alternating turn of play, with or without communication among the players, and so forth.

  Online purchasing is becoming more common in our everyday lives. Understanding customers interests and behaviour is basic so as to adjust web based business sites according to customers necessities. The data about customers` behaviour is put away in the web server logs. The examination of such data has concentrated on applying information mining methods where a somewhat static characterization is utilized to demonstrate customers` behaviour and the succession of the activities performed by them isn`t generally considered. Subsequently, consolidating a perspective of the procedure pursued by customers during a session can be of extraordinary enthusiasm to distinguish progressively complex personal conduct standards. To address this issue, this paper proposes a straight transient rationale demonstrate checking approach for the examination of organized web based business web logs. By defining a typical method for mapping log records as indicated by the web based business structure, web logs can be effectively changed over into occasion logs where the behaviour of customers is caught. At that point, diverse predefined questions can be performed to distinguish distinctive standards of behaviour that consider the diverse activities performed by customer during the session. At last, the value of the proposed methodology has been considered by applying it to a genuine contextual investigation of a business site.   Abstract
  The key computing element as in cloud data center, virtual machines should be able to migrate from one location to another to meet the necessities of the cloud users and the defined policies of the cloud computing system. The portability is an important issue when a virtual machine migrates across IP subnets. Its focuses on the portability management in cloud computing systems, and proposes a portability- oriented cloud data center network architecture based on the identity decoupling method of the portability-driven networks. In cloud data center network, a mobile node refers to a virtual machine, and the portability behavior mainly refers to virtual machine migration. In the proposed architecture, a virtual machine could implement live migration between IP subnets without service interruption. Evaluation shows that the proposed scheme can solve portability issues effectively in virtual machine migration among IP subnets.

  Abstract
  A trespass recognition system for notifying a recipient of a possible trespass at a remote location is divulged. The system embraces a low bandwidth sensors network and comprising a satellite transceiver for communicating with the low bandwidth wireless network, and an sound sensor located proximate to the base station for receiving the sound in response to an alarm elicit, the ultra sonic sensor further comprising a processor for analyzing the received sound to identify a predetermined type of object and on identifying at least one of the predetermined type of object in the received signals, generating a contour image of the identified object using Machine Learning algorithm.

  There are billions of motorized vehicles on the globe. As a result, it creates the need for an efficient parking system which manages the vehicle parking. But the present parking system has many problems such as high operation cost, heavy labor support, inefficient management of vehicles, time consuming process of issuing tokens, collecting money, inappropriate management of the parking slots etc. Thus we are trying to resolve the above stated issues by RFID based automatic parking system. It uses a microcontroller such as Raspberry Pi along with sensing circuits monitoring entry and exit of vehicles. The vehicles are allowed entry only when the reader senses a valid RFID tag at the gate. An account in central database is maintained corresponding to every valid RFID tag. It enables us to monitor and store the time of entry and exit of vehicle. Also an Android application is provided for user guidance. This database can also be analyzed to find patterns of days in which the need for parking was in demand. This system allows automatic authorization of vehicles with the help of RFID tags and RFID readers and provides a statistical representation of traffic prediction for a particular place. Security check is handled with minimum delay time so that traffic jam problem will be avoided during these processes. The user application provides timely notifications about the activities. These processes allow parking system to work efficiently and require less man power to manage the parking. Thus the cost of operating the parking system is significantly reduced.

  Force point’s human-centric cyber security systems protect your most valuable assets at the human point; the development of the digital transformation in the organizations has become more expanding in these present and future years. This is because of the active demand to use the ICT services among all the organizations whether in the government agencies or private sectors. While digital transformation has led manufacturers to incorporate sensors and software analytics into their offerings, the same innovation has also brought pressure to offer clients more accommodating appliance deployment options. So, their needs a well plan to implement the cyber infrastructures and equipment. The cyber security play important role to ensure that the ICT components or infrastructures execute well along the organization’s business successful. This paper will present a study of security management models to guideline the security maintenance on existing cyber infrastructures. In order to perform security model for the currently existing cyber infrastructures, “Mobile devices and applications involves ensuring mobile devices and the applications used on these devices are secure and meet specified standards,” he continues. “Enable features such as conditional access to ensure applications and data are kept secure and separate from personal information on user owned devices. combination of the some security workforces and security process of extracting the security maintenance in cyber infrastructures. In the assessment, the focused on the cyber security maintenance within security models in cyber infrastructures and presented a way for the theoretical and practical analysis based on the selected security management models. Then, the proposed model does evaluation for the analysis which can be used to obtain insights into the configuration and to specify desired and undesired configurations. The implemented cyber security maintenance within security management model in a prototype and evaluated it for practical and theoretical scenarios. Furthermore, a framework model is presented which allows the evaluation of configuration changes in the agile and dynamic cyber infrastructure environments with regard to properties like vulnerabilities or expected availability. In case of a security perspective, this evaluation can be used to monitor the security levels of the configuration over its lifetime and to indicate degradations.
