  Abstract
  In this paper I have discussed a new wave in the field of information technology: cloud computing. I have also described its advantages and some issues & we shall examine the current state of and the opportunities afforded by cloud computing in developing economies. There is no doubt that cloud computing is the development trend for the future. Regarding the potential and impact of cloud computing in the developing world, however, findings and conclusions drawn from surveys, studies and experiences of companies are confusing and remarkably inconsistent. We can have approximately infinite computing capabilities, scalability, pay-per-use scheme and so on. Let’s take a step back to look at the evolution of the IT landscape, a necessary ingredient for enabling innovation. The hardware progression has been from the mainframe to the personal computer to more powerful clustered servers, with cost and access moving back and forth between large enterprises and corporations to small businesses and individuals. Above all governments are finally becoming aware with the implications of combining cloud computing practices with open source initiatives for their citizenry. Free of license restriction, open source access acts as a basis for innovation, enabling motivated users to customize solutions for context-specific needs. However, this wave still needs to resolve some of its existing issues with urgency to make it more appealing and suited for developing countries.

  Abstract
  Wireless sensor networks have become an integral part of the modern smart living. There are a variety of applications of WSNs be it military, industry or civilian. With a multitude of gen – next applications of WSNs comes the responsibility of securing them. Owing to this fact many security protocols have been put forward in the past. In this paper, we discuss various civilian applications of WSNs and also review evolution of key distribution schemes.

  Abstract
  In today’s world Internet is the higher source of all kind of information’s. Modern high-traffic websites must serve hundreds of thousands request from user to clients and vice versa. These services return the required information in form of text, images, video etc. In Cloud computing, Load Balancing is required in such situations to avoid overload. A load balancer technique mediates client access requests to servers and intelligently decides which server is best placed to fulfil each request. Restful interfaces are mainly used for implementation of web services and are based on the resource-oriented approach. This paper discusses the some existing load balancing algorithms in cloud computing. In this research paper, Restful services are used for data storage and retrieval from Cloud system. Cloud is a storage mechanism in which one can store, process data on demand. Cloud based on service oriented architecture is known as service oriented cloud computing architecture. This approach has reduced the amount of data used for recovery to almost half and also maintains a secure access control mechanism for authenticated user.

  Abstract
  Human Body is made up of several cells which have their own capabilities. When these cells unrequitedly divide themselves, it develops into Tumor. The exact cause behind the loss of control over division is not known so far. Further growth of tumor would hinder the usual working of the brain. Hence detecting it in the first stage is necessary. It is a tedious task to accurately find the tumor. In case of Brain Tumor detection, there are several imaging techniques but MRI stands out with promising results. The proposed paper is motivated by the need for high precision when it comes to a human life. It considers MRI of brain and performs filtering, segmentation using Expectation Maximization and Watershed and also morphological operations. Later the results obtained from both the methods are combined to give a final image highlighting the tumor. Also, the accuracy of detecting the tumor is measured with the help of available truth images of MRI used.

  Abstract
  A tremendous repository of terabytes of data is generated every day from modern information systems and digital technologies such as Internet of Things and cloud computing. Analysis of such huge data requires a lot of efforts at multiple levels to extract knowledge for decision making. Therefore, big data analysis is a current area of research and development. The main objective of this paper is to explore the potential impact of big data challenges, open research issues, and various tools associated with it. As a result, this article provides a platform to explore big data at numerous stages. Additionally, it opens a new horizon for researchers to develop the solution, based on the challenges and open research issues.

  Abstract
  The increase in reputation of microblogging utilities like Twitter has advanced to the enhanced use of content explanation approaches like the hashtag. Hashtags offer users with a tagging methodology to facilitate categorize, cluster, and generate visibility for their posts. This is an easy perception but can be tough for the user in order to perform which directs to rare usage. In this paper, a survey has been taken for various methods of recommending hashtags as latest posts are generated to encourage more extensive recognition and procedure. Hashtag recommendation appears with frequent disputes comprises processing enormous quantity of streaming data and content which is tiny and noisy. In this paper, an effective method of hashtag can be recommended along with the approaches applied to which the recommendation can be suggested.
