  Finite Element Modeling of Calcium Signaling in T-Lymphocytes

  Abstract
  T-Lymphocytes are crucial for health and disease as they provide cell-mediated immunity. The elevation of intracellular free calcium concentration is an essential triggering signal involved in activation of T-Lymphocytes by antigen. Various calcium concentration distribution patterns are required by the cell to initiate, sustain and terminate its processes for providing immunity. The regulatory mechanisms involved in T-Lymphocytes are not well understood. In this paper, the mathematical model has been developed to study intracellular calcium distribution in T-Lymphocytes for one dimensional steady and unsteady state. The steady state model incorporates the parameters like diffusion coefficient, source influx, ryanodine receptors and buffers while unsteady state model is proposed to study the effect of SERCA pump and buffers on temporal calcium concentration distribution. The Finite element method has been employed to obtain the solution of the proposed mathematical model. The boundary conditions have been framed using biophysical conditions of the problem. A computer program has been developed in MATLAB 7.10 for the entire problem and numerical results are used to study relationships among concentration, position and time with respect to physiological conditions.

  Abstract
  From the last two decades making robotic hand with enhanced capabilities is the main object and lots of work has been done in this field. This paper focuses on different methods which are used for robotic hand systems. Diversification is stated in areas of the grasping techniques, fingers, the degrees of freedom and quality of hand. The Degrees Of Freedom (DOF) terms describes the flexibility of grasp. The controlling mechanism is either sensor based or gesture controlled or simulation based or pre-programmed states. From the evolution with clamp type industrial hand, now the five finger and with more functionality and flexible artificial hand are available. They different in the manner of their design and techniques to operation and interaction with the object, day by day the research in this field is trying hard to make more functional and advancement in the artificial hand, here we are trying to find out the previous methods to track and grasp the object by different type of robotic hand.

  Abstract
  Secure Cloud Storage is an online platform for storing user data with sharing facilities among other users. The data is optionally encrypted before storing and decrypted on download by the system and the process is transparent to the end user. The platform also provides marking data private or public such that all public data are visible to end user and can perform search or download request to the owner. The data owner or user can audit all such request and grant download access to individual or multiple files accordingly. Each file on our system is encrypted using different AES key and the real challenge come when multiple file needs to be shared between users. This constraint is addressed by applying a concept known as Key Aggregation which states the generation of constant size key for a single or multiple files and thereby end user can easily decrypt the shared files.

  Abstract
  In the last few years due to improvement of technology education system in India has developed. Smart Class, video conferencing is some of the examples of modern trends in educational system. Student Attendance Management Systemis an android based application which helps the institute to move forward, fulfill their vision accomplish their goals.It generates the attendance of the student on basis of their presence in class. It is maintained on the daily basis of their attendance. The staffs will be provided with the separate username &password to take the student’s status. It helps the teacher to take attendance through their smart phone and to keep the record of the attendance in their pocket for any time use.

  Abstract
  The aim of this paper is to propose a wireless sensor network in tea garden to show the path to tea gardeners to replace some of the traditional irrigation technique. The present paper focuses on set of technical skills environments to overcome technical backwardness present in traditional tea garden in terms of Moisture level and PH value of soil. This paper describes the technical analysis background for development of expert moisture sensor equipped with monitoring and recording system for real time data of tea gardens soil pH in details. The present study introduces about the parameters to be considered for the design of soil moisture sensor & PH value monitoring system. The cost effectiveness of the sensor/s to be developed and its future perspective of use will depend upon the considering parameters. This paper emphasis only on basic evaluation before development of soil moisture sensor, manageable and workable in tea gardens with minimum cost of production.

  Abstract
  In this data-rich world, people are running out of information. This can be a matter of risk for the person who needs immediate remedies regarding their poor health. To unfold this hurdle, the concept of data mining is the best suited. Here, the traditional approaches have been replaced by smart technologies. The main purpose of data mining application in healthcare system is to develop an automated tool for identifying and disseminating relevant healthcare information. In this paper, we present a methodology for Prediction of diseases based on user input symptoms. It predicts probable diseases by mining data sets and provides suggested doctors and remedial solutions for Effective Treatment. It will also guide the users by giving tips to live a healthy life. We have discussed in detail on the existing Data mining techniques with data mining algorithms and its application tools which are more valuable for healthcare services.
