Abstract :
In this article, we propose some methods of construction of rectangular-type and step-type balanced treatment incomplete block designs via general efficiency balanced row-column designs, and examine their A- and MV- optimalities.

Key-Words / Index Term :
A-optimality, MV-optimality, General efficiency balanced row-column (GEBRC) design, Rectangular (R-) type, Step (S-)type, Balanced treatment incomplete block (BTIB)design.
