Abstract :
This paper examines the fluid flow that leads to an increase in the heat transfer coefficient of non-Newtonian oscillating motion in a capillary tube. A study was conducted to determine whether the heat transfer coefficient changes due to an oscillating motion of fluid flow in a round tube. Mathcad software was utilized to simulate the solution of velocity and temperature distributions using Bessel transform, while graphical results for different flow were presented. The oscillating flow`s heat transfer coefficient is influenced by the fluid properties and oscillation waveform. The heat transfer can be increased by the retardation waveform of oscillating motion.
