  Abstract
  Schiff base condensation of benzil bis o-phenylenediamine with acetophenone, benzaldehyde and P-cloro benzaldehyde and its Cobalt complexes were synthesized. Preparation of the free ligands was accomplished by refluxing benzyl with o-phenylenediamine in 1:10 mole ratio in methanol. The XRD and EXAFS characterization of benzil bis o-phenylenediamine based macro cyclic complexes of Cobalt was undertaken. From the result of investigations of XRD particle size and lattice parameter have been estimated .The XRD analysis revealed the crystalline nature of all complexes. EXAFS spectra have been recorded at the K-edge of Co using the dispersive EXAFS beam line at 2.5 GeV Indus-2 synchrotron radiation source RRCAT, Indore ,India .From the fine structure data the average metal-ligand bond distances have been estimated. Bond lengths for Co-complexes have been determined with the help of Levy’s, LSS, Lytle’s, Fourier transform methods.

  Abstract
  Dust dominated cosmological model has many problems to explain accelerating universe. Many models have been proposed which tells that dark energy causes acceleration of the universe. The evolution of the universe is described by Einstein’s theory of general relativity. This paper examines the possibility of solving problem of accelerating universe by modifying gravity with generalised non-minimally coupled scalar field model. We have generalized the scalar-curvature coupling model of Higgs inflation to . The field equations of a generalized type gravity model, in which there is an arbitrary coupling between matter and geometry, are obtained. The equations of motion for test particles are derived from a variational principle and checked for energy conditions in order to explain acceleration of the universe. The developed dynamics has been studied under different energy conditions which has been implemented in graphs. The presence of scalar-gravity interaction term is not dominated over the first two terms of Klein-Gordon equation showing scalar-gravity interaction is not viable for accelerating universe.

  Abstract
  Presence of wild animal in the farmlands (human dominated landscape) is observed at various places due to various reasons. Asiatic Wild Ass (Equus hemionus khur) is aboriginal inhabitant of Little Rann of Kutchchh (LRK), Gujarat state, India. But today (Jan’2018), it is well seen as far as 80 -100 km away from nearest fringe of its actual habitat. In this research paper, we have mapped population and distribution through the data of 10 years using Remote sensing and GIS in context to Asiatic wild ass in a selected patch of farmlands near Surendranagar town, Gujarat state, India. Geo-spacial techniques are much useful in analysis and mapping of wildlife in human dominated areas. ArcGIS and QGIS software were used for map preparation. Such maps are helpful to understand adaptation strategies of wild animals in human dominated areas. Study of movement maps of animal help us to understand the reasons of dispersal. It helps conservationist to mitigate the dispersal of wild animal in future.

  Abstract
  In this review paper dielectric constant of different types of soils, agricultural food materials and different types of stones have been discussed here. And different types of methods for determination of dielectric constant have also been discussed here. The dielectric constant of soil depends upon the moisture content of soil. Previous results shows bound water in soil water affects the dielectric properties of soil and relationship between dielectric properties with gravimetric water content is nonlinear. The factor affecting the dielectric properties of agricultural food materials are frequency, moisture content, temperature and density. Since moisture content is often the most important characteristic of agricultural products. The dielectric constant and loss factor of all food materials decreased with increasing frequency but increased with increasing temperature. In the case of marbles also the presence of moisture and impurities are the main factors affecting the dielectric properties. Agriya marble has highest dielectric constant and sandstone and limestone has the least. The increase in the percentage of impurity in the chemical composition of marbles affects dielectric property at low frequency region.

  Abstract
  The world is changing rapidly and for this information and technology playing a leading role. Computing is the vital driving force for the information and technological affairs which include collection, selection, organization, processing, management and dissemination of information. Initially the field computing was started with the domain Computer Science and then gradually many other subjects and allied areas have been developed viz. Computer Engineering, Computer Systems, Computing, Computer Application, Software Engineering etc. Moreover in a different track i.e. on ‘Information Centric’ many other subjects have been developed and widely used viz. Information Technology, Informatics, Information Systems, Information Science, Knowledge Management etc. Even the advancement of interdisciplinary research leads many new merged and inter-connected areas and fields viz. Geo Information Science, Health Information Science etc. The areas of computing and information are also called as Information Sciences or Computing and Information Sciences as well. Among the sub fields and areas within the field is Multimedia Technology and it is important and emerging in Indian Universities as well. This paper is a conceptual and theoretical one; which is governed by the aim of emerging Multimedia Technology programs in Indian Private Universities.

  Abstract
  In this paper we have successfully prepared the Niobium (Nb) doped Titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin film with different Nb doping concentration. There are many methods for the synthesis of Nb doped TiO2 thin films such as sputtering, pulsed laser deposition, chemical vapour deposition, sprays pyrolysis and sol-gel methods. But here Nb doped TiO2 thin films were coated on glass substrate by sol-gel spin coating technique. Diffused reflectance and transmittance has been studied with different doping concentration. We have measured diffuse reflectance of Nb doped TiO2 thin films by taking different Nb concentrations with the help of Diffuse Reflectance Spectrometer (DRS). It is clear there are differences in the position of the absorption edge. It is observed that the total reflectance for Nb doped TiO2 thin film changes with increasing the Nb concentration. The experimental results indicated that the optimum concentration is 5wt. % and can be used to obtain Nb doped TiO2 thin films with a very high transmittance (88.5 %). We observed different absorption edge at different wavelength which depends on the doping concentrations. The samples showed a better transmittance in the visible region and a sharp fall in the UV region. The increase of the surface roughness leading to decrease of the peak values.

  Abstract
  A meticulous investigation of particle size distribution curves; differential size distribution and cumulative undersize distribution, registered for nano-particulates of spinel structured ferrite system, CoCr2-xFexO4, (x = 0.0, 0.3 and 0.7), prepared through co-precipitation route has been presented. It is established that the distribution transforms from bimodal to unimodal on Fe3+ - substitution. This distribution is not monodisperse and having negative skew. The cause for bimodality lies in the growth mechanism and the respective amount of the particles assembled by nucleation and Ostwald ripening. The function of Fe3+ substitution in regulating signature of the distribution patterns has been deliberated and various micro-structural parameters have been determined.

  Abstract
  In the present study, a simple theoretical model has been proposed for computation of optical properties such as static refractive index, static dielectric constant and band gap for nanosolids having different nanostructures of different shape based on size dependent atomic cohesive energy. We have computed size dependent static dielectric constant for silicon nanofilm and deviation in band gap for Si nanowire and nanofilm for different size. We have also computed size dependent bandgap of Ge nanowire having square cross section. We have also found that band gap increases as particle size decreases. Our results are compared with the available experimental and simulated data. A close agreement of the computed results with available experimental and simulated data validates the present theoretical model. The present relationships of Static Refractive Index, Dielectric constant and Band gap of Nano solids are potentially applicable for those materials whose experimental data are not available.

  Abstract
  PIXE (Proton induced x-ray emission) by proton beam is important technique to find out qualitative and qualitative analysis of element present in the specimen. Quantity of the element directly related to x-ray production cross section. Many literature shows discrepancy between theoretical and experimental x-ray cross section. In this work, x-ray production cross section calculated by ECPSSR theory with 25% variation of screening constant for L sub- shell and compared with experimental measured data. Variation of screening constant suggested in literature and we have seen almost no effect in L shell x-ray cross-section.
