  Implementation of the EUCS Method and IS Success Model for Measuring the Satisfaction Level of Learning Management System Users

  Abstract
  Learning Management System is an online learning platform that facilitates users to participate in digital teaching and learning activities. Currently, Yayasan Sekolah Kristen Indonesia (YSKI) has adopted a Learning Management System (LMS) platform called SiSKY (Sistem Informasi Sekolah YSKI), which is implemented by all members of the school community. However, not all educational actors, both teachers and students have the skills to efficiently utilize the LMS. The challenges faced by users might come from various aspects, including technical issues, interface design complexity, feature limitations, or constraints in terms of accessibility. Along with the shift of learning from conventional to digital, SiSKY LMS as a learning management system needs to fulfill user expectations and comfort. Analysis of the use of LMS SiSKY is used to determine comfort and further development using 2 methods, namely EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) and IS Success model. The research population consists of teachers and students as direct users, with 450 respondents selected purposively using a purposive sampling method based on related criteria. Analysis and calculation of SiSKY LMS respondent data was carried out with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3. The results of testing and analysis show that teachers and students are SATISFIED with the use of LMS SiSKY with a mean value of 3.672. Further analysis shows that if the 3 hypotheses tested result in EUCS having a positive influence on LMS users, EUCS has a positive influence on System Impact, and SiSKY LMS users have a positive influence on System Impact. For effective e-learning system development, attention should be paid to increasing end-user satisfaction, encouraging active use, and ensuring the positive impact felt by users on the system as a whole.

  Structural Health Monitoring of Nonwoven Materials via Network of Carbon Nanotubes

  Abstract
  Continuous health monitoring of structures is crucial in order to ensure the safety of the people living in and around the structures made up of nonwoven materials. Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) used as sensor show a promising way of detecting these damages and relaying the signals in order to prevent any major accidents. In this study, MWCNT – multi walled carbon nanotube have been used to decorate glass fiber nonwoven material by using vacuum filtration method. Experiments have been done on CNTs decorated nonwoven of different dimensions, i.e. virgin, horizontal pre-damaged, diagonal and vertical pre-damaged specimens. The electrical resistance of CNT decorated nonwoven material has been measured by increasing the tensile force simultaneously followed by evaluating the damage fruition and electric failure mechanisms in the glass fiber nonwoven material. The experimental results show that MWCNT loading as small as~0.75% was enough to detect the damage in the nonwoven material. This process can be scaled up and used extensively for structural health monitoring of nonwoven materials.

  5G Challenges of Ethics Committee Functioning During Pandemic and A Case Study of 40 Hospitals

  This study investigates the challenges faced by ethics committees in relation to the COVID-19 epidemic and the 5G network, focusing on their operational functioning. The research involves a comprehensive examination of the ethical considerations and decision-making processes encountered by these committees within the high-speed, low-latency environment of 5G. Additionally, the study presents a case analysis encompassing 40 hospitals, shedding light on the practical implications and experiences of ethics committees during the pandemic. By delving into these challenges and the case study, this research aims to provide insights into the intersection of healthcare ethics, technological infrastructure, and crisis management, offering valuable perspectives for future preparedness and ethical governance in similar contexts. The EC is a self-regulating body that is primarily responsible for guaranteeing the protection of experimental study individuals` privileges, security, and welfare. It guarantees that all ethical components of project concepts are thoroughly examined by experts and ensures this investigation is conducted in an unbiased and objective manner. The EC faces several challenges, especially during the pandemic, the prolonged lockdown, and the unforeseeable advent of the pandemic avoiding the EC of an SOP to deal with the situation. While there is a specified procedure for amending SOPs, which involves meeting in person, there is no provision for online meetings to amend SOPs, project reviews, and/or decision-making. Other issues facing the EC are the operation of the Office, there is reduced availability to deal with urgent regulatory problems for office workers, and dealing with epidemic-related programs for analysis which needs urgency. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by the EC in different hospitals across India. Also, identify any common challenges faced across the hospitals and derive lessons learned and best practices for future pandemic responses. We analyze the decision-making processes of ethics committees in these hospitals, especially in situations where rapid decisions were required.

  Factors such as population growth and resource depletion are driving manufacturers to improve their productivity and sustainability. Consumers are becoming more informed about the things they use, therefore producers need to be flexible and open to new developments. The manufacturing industry has developed thanks to the expertise of big data analytics, or BDA. Businesses have enhanced the quality of their products while also being more adaptable in their operations. This study looks at the many advantages of big data that manufacturing companies may use to improve. It also goes through well-known manufacturers` examples and how they might set the standard for big data-enabled production. Lastly, it tackles some of the issues that must to be resolved in-order to enable big-data analytics for enterprises of all stripes, not just the best manufacturers.

  Abstract
  The roadmap for postsecondary education institutions will use the adoption of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (RRR) principles for sustainable development. It emphasizes integrating RRR into curricula, empowering future leaders, driving research and innovation, implementing campus sustainability initiatives, fostering collaborative partnerships, and leading by example. This holistic approach aims to prepare students to address environmental challenges and contribute to a sustainable future. The G20 New Delhi Leaders` Declaration underscores the significance of sustainable development, prioritizing the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle (RRR). It calls upon Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to assume a central role in adopting RRR principles for sustainable development. By incorporating RRR methodologies into their educational framework, HEIs can equip tomorrow`s leaders with the necessary tools to navigate a sustainable future. Holistic revisions to academic curricula can seamlessly integrate RRR principles across diverse fields, including sustainable engineering and business studies. Research hubs dedicated to sustainable practices can spearhead innovation and the advancement of environmentally friendly technologies and materials. Moreover, HEIs have the capacity to cultivate a culture of sustainability on their campuses through initiatives promoting waste segregation, recycling programs, and awareness campaigns. Collaborative endeavors involving academia, industry, and local communities can amplify the impact of these efforts and translate knowledge into tangible solutions. HEIs must also serve as models of sustainable practices by implementing energy-efficient solutions, advocating for paperless administration, and embracing green infrastructure. These initiatives not only showcase commitment but also offer practical examples for students to integrate sustainability into their personal and professional endeavors.

  Abstract
  Amid the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an extraordinary surge in remote work, bringing attention to its lasting effects on the modern workforce. This significant change has led organizations to adopt remote work as a permanent element, requiring them to develop flexible and robust work approaches. Amidst the exponential growth of remote work, the use of monitoring apps to oversee employee tasks has become more common. However, the widespread adoption of these apps has raised significant concerns about the privacy of data and the rights of employees. This study focuses on examining the privacy problems associated with monitoring mobile apps designed for remote workers. We looked at 12 such apps. To evaluate the privacy concerns associated with mobile applications used for monitoring remote employees, we employed a vulnerability assessment tool. Surprisingly, all 12 apps lacked privacy policies, and also all had permissions that could potentially violate employees` privacy by revealing sensitive information about them. This research provides important insights into the areas of data privacy, employee monitoring, and remote work practices. It offers guidance to app developers and organizations on how to strike a balance between monitoring productivity and protecting employee privacy rights. By addressing the issues raised in this study, stakeholders can create a safe and supportive environment for remote workers while still respecting their privacy and building trust.
