  Nutrition Labelling – an Educational Tool for Reducing Risks of High Salt Intake in Population

  Abstract
  Increased salt intake is the cause of countless long-term complications that have a major physical, mental, social and economic impact. This generates the appearance and development of a series of non-communicable diseases such as kidney disease, stomach cancer, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, strokes, heart failure, etc. Many governments around the world have developed legal framework to encourage a standard and informative system for labelling food nutrients, including salt on packaged products. While this trend is global, there remain differences between approaches to nutrition labelling policy framework. However, this intervention is important for risk management of exposure to salt intake in population. The paper presents a global overview of different types of front-of pack nutrition labelling systems. It examines the graphical approaches and the key trends in the standards on nutrition labelling, followed by some concluding comments.

  Analysis of Educated Unemployment Rate in Indonesia: Panel Data Regression Approach

  Abstract
  The equitable distribution of educational facilities throughout Indonesia is not proportional to the increase in fundamental skills needed in the working world. It can be seen from the high level of educated unemployment. This study aims to determine and analyse the effect of labour force quality, foreign direct investment, labour productivity, and provincial minimum wages on the level of educated unemployment in Indonesia using panel data estimation with a fixed effect cross-section weight model method with robust covariance cross-section SUR (PCSE) with a cross-section of 34 provinces and time series for seven years from 2013-2019. This study obtained the data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The results showed that the workforce quality and foreign direct investment have negative and significant effects on Indonesia`s educated unemployment rate. Meanwhile, labour productivity has a positive and significant effect on the educated unemployment rate in Indonesia. In contrast to the provincial minimum wage, it does not significantly affect the educated unemployment rate with a confidence level of 95 percent. Simultaneously, all independent variables affect Indonesia`s educated unemployment rate. The coefficient of determination is 88.44 percent, indicating the variation of the educated unemployment rate in Indonesia, which the independent variable of 88.44 percent can explain. In comparison, other factors outside the model explain 11.56 percent.

  External Auditory Rhythmic Stimulation as an Adjunct in Improving the Gait of Patients Aged 40-80 Years Old with Parkinson’s disease: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

  Abstract
  Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurological disorder causing impairments in gait. There is no cure for it yet. Studies have found that adjuncts such as external auditory rhythmic stimulation may be beneficial in improving their gait performance. We searched for published randomized controlled trials (RCTs) articles unpublished or on-going studies from local neurologists. Data were analyzed using Review Manager Software 5.3. There were 11 studies and 359 participants included in this meta-analysis. The pooled risk ratio (RR) for stride length (RR: 0.04, p= 0.0009), freezing (RR: 0.39, p=0.65), balance (RR: 0.02, p= 0.0002) and gait speed (RR: 0.03, p= 0.0004) showed that participants in the experimental group were more likely to have wider stride length, decreased freezing times, ability to balance safely, and faster gait speed. The pooled RR for adverse events showed that there was an equal risk of developing adverse events in both groups. There was a 0.04 m wider stride length (p= 0.010) and 0.08 m/s faster gait speed (p< 0.0001) among participants in the experimental group. In conclusion, external auditory stimulation is an effective adjunct for non-severe PD resulting in improvement of gait parameters with minimal risk of adverse events.

  The applications of unmanned Ariel Vehicle (UAV) are broad and consistent with earth surface observation which allows for ease of access to areas that are otherwise inaccessible and for the acquisition of spatial data for planning, development and other forms of analysis. This technology has been harnessed and integrated with Geographical Information Systems (GIS) application and it is currently being used by a widespread of professionals in areas of Engineering, Agriculture, Urban planning, mining, forest management, and archaeological survey among others. Because of this growing technology, this paper focused on demonstrating the use of the UAV to produce a clear presentation of the physical land surface of the study area to enable optimum visualization of the features on the ground that will inform proper decision making. This was achieved by accessing the project site area to verify land coordinate points gotten from a preliminary survey that was done in the area after which a UAV was used to capture images of the study area. The visualization derived from the UAV was compared to that of an archived visualization which put strongly the preference of the UAV as a better choice since it presents a near real-time depiction of the land surface. This paper further explores other ways of presenting aerial ground capture in 2D and 3D map presentations using GIS software such as surfer, Google earth and ArcGIS.

  Throughout the history of aviation, thousands of people died as a result of aircraft accidents. Autopilot systems in manned aircraft have been developed to reduce such accidents, which are often attributed to pilot faults. In addition, it is aimed to minimize accidents with the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and autopilot software. As a result of the open source literature review conducted in this study, 72 UAV accidents belonging to the US army were examined between 2009 and 2018. According to findings in this study, 33 (45.8%) of the accidents were found to result in accident crushing caused by human factor (pilot or technical team). Therefore, although the risk of accident due to the human factor is expected to follow a decreasing course in connection with the corrected autopilot updates, it can be said that the risk of accident still continues at a high rate. For this reason, it may be beneficial for the UAV flight crew to update selection criteria depending on different events and situations, and to frequently test the training, simulation and applicable scenarios.

  Abstract
  The leadership of government agencies provides the application of strategic control as a form of defense mechanism against widening the deviation between targets and achievements. Deviation that arises is not because they do not understand the business environment, but rather the magnitude of the influence of the strategic environment that can affect the health of the strategy being implemented. As we know, unsuccessful strategic achievement due to inability to read the strategic environment can reduce the credibility of agencies in the eyes of the public. This paper uses a literature review and empirical data in an effort to build a well-established strategic control concept that can be applied throughout the strategic process. The final result shows that the strategic control applied to the strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation process can be implemented in LAPAN.

  The paper itself is dependent on secondary data, Reference books and various research papers have been used for this. This article is an only theoretical with geographical for population as a resources. Population is a curse to some countries and a boon to some countries, it depends on the nature of the population. In short, population is a resource that depends on quantitative and qualitative aspect. This article is based on secondary data, it mainly uses various reference books, research articles and internet information and statistical data collected from Indian census. In this article the theoretical study is done from the point of view that human is a resources.

  Abstract
  Teachers’ motivation has been investigated by many educational psychologists due to its significant role in the field of English language teaching. The present study aims at investigating forms of teachers’ motivation and their impact on students’ motivation as well. To attain these objectives, a quantitative research design is adopted through the use of an online questionnaire to collect data on teachers’ motivation and its effect on students’ motivation. The sample of this study is randomly chosen by focusing on both teachers of high schools and their students as well, so the questionnaire was divided into two parts. The results of the study shows that both extrinsic and intrinsic go hand in hand with teachers and students who get motivated when a good environment is set. The study also showed that teacher’s motivation impacts students’ motivation positively. The significance of the results lies in the fact that language policy makers would definitely benefit from the findings of this research to take good care of teachers in terms of constant support and also to provide them with professional development trainings to boost their intrinsic motivation.

  Abstract
  The issue of human rights violation is a global phenomenon. This study examines human right violations and coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic in Nigeria and also looked at the philosophical conception of human rights. The study was guided by three objectives which are to; analyse the concept of human right, examine human right violations in Nigeria during coronavirus disease pandemic and lastly to recommend how issues of human rights violation should be handled by government. The study exposes some recorded cases of human right violations at the break of the pandemic in Nigeria and concludes that the Nigerian government have handled issues of human rights violation with kid glove, consequently, failing to address the issues properly. Furthermore, the study recommends amongst others that the Nigerian government should prosecute perpetrators of these violations swiftly when evidences are presented and also human rights should be taught at primary, secondary and tertiary level to enlighten the upcoming generation and society at large.

  In the following article there is a discourse on the life and works of Nasiriddin Tusi, the great philosopher of the Orient who lived in the 13th century, his socio-political issues in his philosophical views are revealed. Included there, the activities of the scholar in the Maragha astronomical observatory, the tax system in the state administration, the issues of social stratification of rulers in the palace are analyzed.
