  Abstract
  The modern industries need to produce the more diverse types of products and equipment in a constant way, effective and with quality, to supply the growing consumption demand of the global market by diverse goods. In that way, the industrial automation systems with fieldbus are more present in the industrial process of the liquid aluminum industry. The liquid aluminum is obtained by igneous electrolysis from alumina ore (Al2O3), that, is obtained from the bauxite ore (Al2O3, nH2O + impurities), being that objective of this article is to implement the fieldbus protocol inside the process of liquid aluminum obtention, taking into account the main utilized techniques and the utilization advantages of that methodology inside the process, highlighting the sensors, web protocols and the actuators utilized during the process steps

  Abstract
  Rainfed agriculture is still the mainstream for livelihoods of most people in Mchinji district. With effects of the changing climate, shift in rainfall trends is the key challenge to sustainable agriculture production. This study aimed at analyzing the spatial characteristics of rain-based drought indices and their impacts on crop production in Mchinji district. Rainfall data (1977-2017) was collected from the Department of Meteorology and Climate Change. Crop yields data (1983-2017) for maize, groundnuts and cassava was collected from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security. Statistical analyses were done in Excel 2013. Rainfall anomaly indices were calculated using Drought Monitoring And Prediction software application. The findings revealed dynamic annual rainfall fluxes and high levels of rainfall unpredictability in the district. The study further found that high rainfall variability in the district was highly correlated to the reduction of crop yields in maize and significant increases in cassava yields. This study therefore recommends strong emphasis and promotion of small scale water management technologies such as rainwater harvesting in rainfed agriculture by the government and non-Governmental organizations in order to mitigate the impacts of rainfall variations

  Abstract
  To design a low-cost accurate navigation system using Global position system (GPS) and Micro Electro Mechanical system (MEMS). This paper to implement the algorithms an accurate navigation system with help of Integration of MEMS and GPS using Kalman filter. Integration of these two different navigation system gives the best estimation of the attitude of the aircraft excluding almost all the errors. By Utilization of MPU6050 the results by taking the most exact of the results given by GPS and MEMS. The scope of the experiments is to design and manufacture a model which is accurate and at the same time cost efficient. We intend on making a navigation system that estimates the orientation and position, and rather than using expensive and delicate hardware, we are trying to compensate the above mentioned difficulties with cost efficient and easy and efficient techniques

  In Morocco, the process of desertification affects large areas and over 90 % of the lands are classified as desertified areas to a greater or lesser extent. The Ziz-Rh?ris watershed (Southeastern Morocco) has experienced a considerable increase in desertification process in recent years, especially in oasis zones. This problem constitutes an obstacle to the development of the region caused by the disappearance of oases, which accentuates the phenomenon of rural exodus. The objective of this work is the spatial and quantitative assessment of the sensitivity of desertification in the basin. GIS and remote sensing tools were used to develop a sensitivity to desertification map according to the MEDALUS model. The mapping of the desertification sensitivity indicator is based on a weighted combination of four major desertification indicators, namely: the vegetation quality indicator (VQI), the soil quality indicator (SQI), the climate indicator (CQI) and the land management quality (MQI). Results indicated that only 19.59% of the sites in the study were classified as moderate sensitive to desertification; and 78.30% were classified as highly sensitive areas. Findings also showed that climate and human pressure factors are the most important indicators affecting desertification sensitivity in the Ziz-Rheris watershed

  Abstract
  The study of impact of large ungulates on forest land with regard to soil compaction was conducted in two locations in the temperate zone of Europe. They were selected in Carpathians and eastern Poland (the Bialowieza National Park and the Bialwieza Forest). The study aimed to investigate the physical effects of large ungulates on forest soils, as produced by trampling or hoof action, with respect to soil compaction, as well as to determine the spatial pattern of influence by grazing animals. Samples for determination of soil physical properties (soil particle density, bulk density, and soil porosity) were taken from three kinds of plots representing different sites with different degrees of animal disturbnace (high disturbance, intermediate, and undisturbed conditions). From each plot, several samples of soil were taken from different depths (0?5cm and 5?10cm). The data used for evaluation of soil physical properties were analyzed through the analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Duncan?s multiple range test P<0.05 and Wilcoxon matched pair test at P<0.1. The results indicated that all soil bulk densities of the highly disturbed areas were higher than those in medium and undisturbed sites. Thus, mean bulk density of the plot Bialowieza Bison Park in the breeding area (1.58 g cm-3) was significantly higher than in the undisturbed area (1.18 g cm-3), in opposite, soil porosity in the breeding area (38.5%) was significantly lower than (53.5%) in the undisturbed area. In the view of considerable forest damage caused by forest game at the present time, our study shows that beside the traditionally recognized damage (such as browsing), degradation of soil physical and hydrophysical properties should be considered when proposing sustainable game management

  Abstract
  Although the population is a resources it is classified into two types, numerical and qualitative. Numerical population, resources include population distribution, growth rate and age group. At the same time, the knowledge, skill, literacy of the peoples mainly in the quality population etc. It including many such things. The secondary data is used for all these studies and from this the objectives of the organization are fulfilled. The human resources development has not been as successful as it should be Pathardi tehsil as well as sex ratio is decreasing and literacy is increasing, but the literacy rate of women is very lower than that of men. This research having based on temporal analysis from 1951 to 2011 census periods. The human resources development has become more common and unsatisfied study area.

  Abstract
  Like rural population of Ethiopia, the Burji people rely on traditional medicinal plants for treating human and livestock ailments. However, the medicinal plants and associated knowledge are threatened due to loss of vegetation. Thus, the present study was conducted to document the medicinal plants and indigenous knowledge used by the traditional healers to treat various ailments afflicting humans and livestock. Of 100 Informants, the 29 key informants were purposively selected while the 71 general informants were decided randomly from households. Ethnobotanical data were collected using semi-structured interview, focus group discussion and field observation. Data gathered were analyzed using descriptive statistics, preference ranking, and paired comparison. 81 medicinal plants (46 Ethnomedicinal, 26 Ethnoveterinary, and 9 for both) that are distributed across 40 families and 77 genera were documented. Fabaceae was the dominant medicinal plant family reported. Virtually half (49.4%) of medicinal plants were collected from wild while the remaining were harvested from cultivated areas (45.7%) and from both wild and cultivated areas (4.9%). Herbs constituted (38.3%) and leaves were the predominant plant part (33.6%) used to prepare remedies. Powdering (35.48%) followed by grinding and crushing (30.65%) were the common preparation methods while (63.1%) route of administration was oral. The highest informant consensus factor values were observed for Malaria and Headache (0.89), and Trypanosomiasis (0.88). Moringa stenopetala is considered as the most effective medicinal plants against Malaria whereas Dalbergia lactea is the most favored plant to treat Trypanosomiasis. Agricultural expansion, drought and overgrazing were the major threats to medicinal plants and the efforts of local people in conserving medicinal plants of the study area were very limited. In order to maintain the time-honored knowledge on the use, management and conservation of medicinal plants, instituting protected areas with community-based conservation and promoting the cultivation of multipurpose medicinal plants in home gardens are required

  Abstract
  Investment refers to investing of money by the investors in the financial products to receive future returns. The present study attempted to investigates the investment behaviour at Serkawn Community, Lunglei, Mizoram. For the purpose of the study, primary data were collected by administering a structured questionnaire among the sample respondents. Secondary data were collected through journals. As the factor influencing their investments, the study found that 40% of the respondents mentioned ?safety? is an important factor influencing their investments. 26% of the respondents mentioned ?return potential? as an important factor. The study also revealed that 50% of the respondents invested in small savings scheme, 38% of the respondents invested in fixed bank deposit, 32% invested in post office deposit, and 20% of the respondents invested in life insurance scheme. Therefore, the study suggested that banks and financial institutions would take additional steps to give awareness regarding investment avenues available for the public and encourage them to make more investment for their future which will bring economic development in return

  Abstract
  This research is based on analysing the spread of COVID-19 in Pakistan. The exponential spread of virus fluctuates in Pakistan due to the implementation of smart lockdown. During smart lockdown implementing and utilizing Susceptible, Infectious and Removal (SIR) Model can help to analyse the growth rate or reproductive growth of virus (COVID-19). The value of Beta and Gamma obtained from SIR Model can help to predict the exponential growth of the virus. After running the SIR Model, the value of beta assumed as 0.41 and value of gamma value as 0.19 with R0=2.16. The value of beta and gamma is changing every day, with R0 changes from 2.1 to 2.4, which still mean there is (rapid) exponential growth in COVID-19 cases. However, result predicts there will be a peak hit of infectious cases after August 25, 2020. Moreover, 67% of the total population will be infected

  Abstract
  Sustainable Development Agenda aims to meet the objectives towards sustainable development with 17 Goals and which is to be achieved by 2030. Women constitute nearly 50 per cent of global population and they have immense capability but because of innumerable causes it has not been utilized effectively. Hence, the current paper attempts to check and compare the above SDG objective Goal 5, which aims at ?Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls?, with the following objectives : (i) To Analyze demographic data which measures the gender disparity, (ii) To analyse the women participation in decision making (iii) to compare the educational status, economic status, labour force participation and social status of male and female (iv) to reveal the Violence/ crime status and (v) to examine the growth prospective of Women entrepreneurs. Using data visualization techniques and descriptive analysis the above objectives are verified. The analysis reveals that countries India and Africa can attain only 25 percent of the goal, whereas countries like Canada,Thailand,Singapore, etc are far ahead in succeeding the aims of SDGs. Hence, these countries must be taken as learning models and try to implement the policies followed by them to achieve the goal of SDG in 2030
