  Abstract
  The Travelling Salesman Problem is to find out the shortest route such that the salesman start from a particular place, visit all the places exactly once and return to the starting place with minimum cost. A Fuzzy version of Hungarian algorithm for the solution of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Travelling Salesman Problem using Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy numbers was studied earlier[1]. In this paper we introduce a new representation of Triangular Intuitionistic Fuzzy Number (TIFN) called Arithmetic F- Average using which an Intuitionistic Fuzzy Travelling Salesman Problem is solved. This Arithmetic F- Average is applied in Fuzzy Hungarian algorithm which will be more elegant and simpler than given in [1]. Also we defined some of the properties of this average and a ranking method for this average. The Fuzzy Hungarian algorithm of this average is illustrated with an example.

  Abstract
  In this paper we first established the ring structure on Lucas sequences L(Δ,N) from the group structure and semigroup structure with the two operations * and ∘ respectively. Using the arithmetic of * and ∘ on L(Δ,N) we propose a public key encryption scheme with the pair of Lucas sequences (V_m,U_m) based on the arithmetic of L(Δ,pq) via L(Δ,p) and L(Δ,q). The security of this encryption scheme is based on the discrete log problem of Lucas sequences(V_m,U_m).

  Abstract
  Parametric models are widely used in the modelling of survival data under various diseases. These parametric models were applied to the data of 350 patients of uterus cancer. The main objective of this paper is to compare the results of survival analysis of uterus cancer patients by using different parametric models like Exponential distribution, Weibull distribution, Gompertz distribution, Log - Normal distribution, Log - Logistic distribution and Generalized Gamma distribution by two approaches, the one by Deviance method and the other by Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC) values. As a result except Exponential and Gompertz distribution all the other distributions gives approximately relative results by these two methods. The model selection of the data is carried out by using Statistical Software STATA 12.

  Abstract
  The main aim of this paper is to control the speed of a three phase induction motor by using diode clamped multilevel inverter. To obtain high quality output voltage with low harmonics, multicarrier PWM control scheme is proposed for multilevel inverter. By using V/ƒ control the speed of a three phase induction motor is controlled. . This method can be implemented by change the supply voltage and frequency applied to the induction motor at constant ratio. The simulation results prove that the proposed circuit effectively controls the speed of a motor.

  In this paper, we study the Hyers-Ulam stability, Generalised Hyers-Ulam stability, Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability and Generalised Hyers-Ulam-Rassias stability of the system of third order differential equation of the form x```(t)=f(t,x(t),x^` (t),x``(t))with initial conditions x(a)=x_0,x`(a)=x_1 and x``(a)=x_2 in Banach spaces.

  Abstract
  The UAVs have become more and more sophisticated. Militarily these systems are gaining tremendous importance, as they can conduct precision strikes on distant targets without collateral damage. On military missions, UAVs work in dangerous environments, and therefore, it is crucial to always keep their routes away from any type of threat and restricted zone. The original routes that are obtained offline are no more valid in dynamic environments where the position of all the threats is not known earlier. Therefore, the collision avoidance planner must be able to also work online in order to propose a new path during the UAVs mission when a sudden pop-up threat appears. UAV is designed using Matlab simulink and obstacles are simulated as Point with position in three dimensions. The proposed work clearly identified obstacles along the path and generated alternate path for smooth navigation of UAV.

  In this paper, we analysis the discrete time queuing model with working vacation. during the vacation period, server completely stopping and taken the original work at the lower rate .we have obtained the closed property of conditional probability for negative binomial distribution. finally two special model model are presented.

  Abstract
  In this paper we establish a connection between graph theory and Semiring theory. To relate the graph theory and ring theory, we define the zero divisor graph of Semiring. The main objective of this paper is to determine a formula to find the number of edges of the zero-divisor graph of a direct product of Semirings. Then by using the formula we prove some results.
