Abstract
For the first time, we performed by Molecular Docking approach for six target proteins (DYRK-2, EGFR, COX-1-COV-2, MAPK-1 and MAK-3) the binding affinity of Polydatin and Curcumin respectively to evaluate their possible biological action. From all docking results, Curcumin has shown more binding affinity than Polydatin and also we noted that Curcumin has theoretically been able to bind mainly DYRK-2 and COX-1, showing excellent binding energy values of -10.15 kcal/mol and -9.59 kcal/mol respectively. As regards the case of Polydatin, it seems to have, among all the 6 targets investigated, only a good ability to bind with MAPK-1 with a binding energy value of approximately -9.11 kcal/mol. To achieve actual results, further molecular biological studies are necessary to understand both the mechanism of action of natural substances and their biological function with cells.Key-Words / Index Term

Vol.10 , Issue.5 , pp.6-12, Oct-2023
Abstract
Liver diseases have become a major problem in the world. They generally cause about 2 million deaths per year worldwide. Euphorbia is the sixth largest genus among flowering plants, and the largest genus in Euphorbiaceae, with about 2160 species. Some Euphorbia species have been documented for many health problems such as intestinal parasites, migraines, gonorrhea, skin disease, warts, wound healing, respiratory diseases, inflammation, indigestion, and liver diseases. With reports on the rise of liver diseases and several published reports on plant extracts with hepatoprotective effect, this review presents data on Euphorbia species that have been scientifically evaluated as hepatoprotective using known experimental models. Since the hepatoprotective effect of these species is mostly through their antioxidant activity, the total contents of Euphorbia species of phenolics and flavonoids- the main compounds responsible for antioxidant activity- were also reviewed in this review.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
Onions (Allium cepa L.) are the second most important vegetable crop in Libya after tomatoes, due to the large indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides among farmers. So, this study examined the effects of different foliar application treatments on improving the growth parameters of local white onion, represented by: firstly; the foliar application treatment alone of (GA3, IBA and seaweed extracts of Padina pavonica, and secondly; combined treatment between (P.pavonica + GA3 or/and IBA). Generally, The results showed that all foliar application treatments had a significant effect on increase Length of leaves, leaves width, number of leaves /plant, fresh weight of leaves, dry weight of leaves, bulb length, bulb diameter, bulb weight, neck thickness of bulb. In addition, an increase in the content of chlorophyll (a and b) and minerals (p and k). However, combined treatment is most effective for the highest obvious increment in growth parameters, especially P.pavonica 10%+ 300ppm GA3.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
In this short communication, we performed Autodock Vina and Autodock-4, using both hundreds of natural compounds and hundreds of drugs with protein apoptotic protease activating factor 1. The goal of this method was to understand, which of the selected drugs and screened natural substances binds better to this protein and which chemical bonds are involved. The technique used for this aim was the Virtual Screening Tool performed by the Pyrx program. From docking results Calculations performed by Autodock Vina, Polydatin, Ergotamine, and Dydro-Ergotamine showed excellent binding energy scores ( -10.1, -10.5, and -12.1 kcal/mol, respectively). All these results lead us to conclude that they could have a Key role in the apoptosis process, even if further studies such as computational and biological tests are necessary.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
Recently, research has focused on mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) as one of the most important therapeutic products, which have been effectively used in the treatment of many diseases. However, the functionality and longevity of in vitro expanded MSCs are greatly affected by oxidative stress. Moreover, most of the transplanted MSCs are lost in few days following transplantation, due to the hypoxia and the presence of oxygen-free radicals in the transplant recipient, that increase aging factors. Therefore, strategies that protect MSCs from apoptosis and increase their resistance to oxidative stress are required for optimizing MSC?based therapy. It has been shown recently that some plant compounds can protect MSC from oxidative stress. Therefore, the present review highlights the role of medicinal plants in modulating oxidative stress in MSC. We hope that this review will provide additional information that will facilitate and improve MSC-based therapies.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
This research sought to identify the bacterial agents responsible for burn and wound infections. A total of 30 swab samples from burn victims of both sexes and of different ages as well as 7 swab samples from healthy people were gathered for these purposes. Patients were transferred to the Specialized Center for Burns-Najaf and Imam Sadiq Hospital, respectively. samples have been cultured on the MacConkey agar, nutrition agar, blood agar, and EMB agar as a preliminary step in the process of bacteria cultivation. Thirty bacterial isolates were discovered, according to the findings. They were determined to be members of the following 17 species of negative bacteria after being identified by cultural, microscopic, and biochemical characterizations: 10 different Klebsiella pneumoniae, 3 different E. coli species, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. after subjecting these isolates to the well-diffusion agar techniques` susceptibility test against Aleo vera suspension at various concentrations (50, 100, 100, 150, and 200 L). In this investigation, it was discovered that as the concentration of Culture supernatans in the well grew, so did the growth inhibition. demonstrated that 200 L higher doses totally stopped the development of all of these bacteria and that 50 L of Aleo vera suspension had a mild inhibitory effect on all bacterial growth. Additionally, these findings demonstrate that E. coli has a 200-fold higher inhibitory efficiency than other bacteria, but Klebsiella pneumoniae has a poor inhibition zone at the same dose. It`s interesting.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
This study examined the effect of electronics workbench software on technical college students` performance in electronics devices and circuits. To achieve this, three specific objectives, three research questions and three null hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. Literatures were reviewed in the areas related to the study. Quasi-experimental design was used as the design of the study. The area of the study is Bauchi State of Nigeria. The population of the study comprises of 92 NTC II technical colleges students that are offering electronics devices and circuits. A purposive sampling technique was used in selecting two colleges for the study. 92 students from two intact classes were assigned in to experimental and control groups. The research instruments Electronics Devices and Circuits Performance Test (EDCPT) were validated by three experts. The instruments were administered by the researcher with the help of two research assistants, the experimental group taught using electronics workbench software for four weeks while, the control group were taught using traditional method for same period. The data collected for the research questions were analyzed using mean and standard deviation while, the null hypotheses were tested using t-test at 0.05 level of significant. The result shows insignificant different between the pretest mean results of both the experimental and control groups, which showed that both groups have equal entry knowledge, while, the posttest mean performance score of experimental group stood at (62.52) which is significantly higher than the posttest mean performance score of control group (52.09) with mean difference of (10.43), this showed that, the students taught using electronics workbench software outperformed the students taught using traditional method. It was recommended among others that; Teachers should ensure that low-performing electronics devices and circuits students are exposed to electronics devices and circuits to equip them with learning skills.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
In this short communication, it has been carried several computational studies of Probable inhibitors of Serine/Threonine-protein kinase Pim-1/Pim-2 and Proto-oncogene Tyrosine-protein kinase LCK. The method applied was Molecular Docking by Autodock Vina with the Pyrx program, comparing hundreds of drugs and natural molecules based on their binding energies calculated in the active site of Serine/Threonine-protein kinases PIM-1/PIM-2. From these Silico analyses, Imatinib and Hypericin showed theoretically the most binding affinity with both Serine/Threonine-protein kinase PIM-1 (Imatinib with binding energy of -10.8 kcal/mol and Hypericin with binding energy of -11.8 kcal/mol ) and Serine/Threonine-protein kinase PIM-2 (Imatinib with binding energy of -11.4 kcal/mol and Hypericin with binding energy of -13.7 kcal/mol ), compared to all other drugs and natural molecules examined. Although these results are an important first step to better understand what their biological action is with the enzymes studied, it will require many computational analyses and in vitro and in vivo biological tests to come to an actual conclusion about their mechanism.Key-Words / Index Term

Abstract
Well-known probiotic L. casei has positive benefits on human health. Finding L. casei`s antimicrobial capabilities was the goal of this investigation. L. Casei was acquired from the Microbiology Department at Babylon University`s Science College. With the use of well diffusion agar procedures, the antimicrobial properties regarding such bacterial culture supernatants have been examined against four pathogenic bacterial strains (E. coli, S. aureus, S. pyogen, and K. pneumoniae) at varied concentrations (50,100,150,200 ?L). In this investigation, it was found that raising the concentration of Culture supernatants in a well also increased the growth inhibition. The results showed that 200 ?L higher concentrations of L. casei supernata fully prevented the growth of all of such bacteria while 50 ?L lower concentrations only had a minimal effect. Additionally, these results demonstrate that, while K. pneumonia has a modest inhibition zone at the same dose, E. coli has a 200 ?L higher inhibition efficiency than other bacteria.Key-Words / Index Term
